How can I donate?
Donations can be made by PayPal or check through our donations page. You will be thanked on our website unless you prefer to remain anonymous.
How can I participate?
1) Sign your name and location from anywhere in the world; it just takes a minute to participate by email!
Just email us your name and location as you want it listed, and we will add it to a card.
2) Email us an image of your nature themed artwork or photos that we can put on our CIF Care Cards!
We are not currently accepting new artwork or photos.
3) GROUPS, families, and individuals!
We make it easy for you to participate!
We provide digital copies of our most popular cards for you to print, cut, and fold. You contact an assisted living center or hospital in your community and arrange delivery.
Take photos of you in action, whether working on cards or during delivery! If patients or residents can be in the photos, great! If not, then take a photo of you/your group with the cards and some facility staff members or a sign.
Email your photos to us so we can share them online!

Conserve It Forward Care Cards are maintained in digital form to be easily reprinted.

Conserve It Forward Care Cards
Nature helps people feel better. Care Cards bring nature to people.
If you are looking for how to help with our Care Cards during COVID-19, go HERE!
Our cards have been delivered to private homes, assisted living centers, hospitals and other care centers.
In Spring 2020, we revived Care Cards to help spread kindness and gratitude to people during during COVID-19. In the first week, we delivered cards to 1,000 local grocery workers and community members.
Care Cards are filled with nature themed messages, artwork,
photos and care
from people around the world!
Individuals and groups can participate in this fun service project that combines nature and people!
